German Environment Minister to visit Malta

German Federal Minister for Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Security will be visiting Malta between Friday and Saturday, to hold meetings with his Maltese counterpart George Pullicino, as well as with Malta Environment and Planning Authority (MEPA) and Wasteserv.

The German Minister will also meet officials from the Federation Industry (FOI) and hold talks with the Euro-Mediterranean institute for Technology and innovation (EuroMediti).

It is also expected that Minister Gabriel will visit an Nature Trust Project in Dwejra.

The meeting will also see the conclusion of a twinning agreement between the two countries over producer responsibility.
