All members of new parliament elected

12 candidates have been elected in the casual elections held on Thursday.  Four of them, Stephen Spiteri, Charlo` Bonnici, Owen Bonnici and Philip Mifsud,  have never been elected to parliament before.

The other elected candidates are the following: Michael Frendo, Censu Galea, Joseph Cuschieri, Joe Sammut, Joe Debono Grech, Gavin Gulia, Chris Agius and Joseph Falzon.

Newcomer Stephen Spiteri was the first one to be elected on Thursday whilst MLP’s newcomer Owen Bonnici will be the youngest member of the House.

The 11th parliament will now convene on May 10.
