The youth from Xewkija was driving a Mitsubishi Lancer when he crashed into a tower crane in Ghajn Qatet Street. A number of concrete blocks under the tower crane were dislodged by the impact and fell on top of the car killing the youth upon impact.

Magistrate Dr. Coppini has appointed a number of experts to assist in the inquiry while police investigations are still underway.
