The boy from Zurrieq fell and badly hurt his head while playing with other children in the Maqluba limits in Qrendi. He was taken to hospital where he is being kept in the intensive care unit fighting for survival.  

Magistate Dr Giovanni Grixti is leading the inquiry while police investigations are underway.
