Two elderly men found dead in Qawra residence

Two elderly citizens, a 68-year-old and a 80-year-old, were found dead in a residence in Triq il-Luzzu, Qawra on Saturday at around 1230 CET.
Preliminary police investigations revealed that one of the two men shot and killed the other man. He then turned the gun on himself. The two had argued a few weeks back.
However, the police said, they are not excluding anything and investigations continue.
Duty Magistrate Dr Consuelo Scerri Herrera was informed about the case and appointed various experts to help her in the inquiry.
