Hold-up at Valletta jewellery shop

No one was injured during a hold-up from a jewellery shop in Santa Lucija Street in Valletta on Thursday at around 1830 CET.
Police preliminary investigations revealed that an armed and hooded man entered the shop and demanded a 33-year-old man from San Gwann to give him the objects in front of him. A female employee was also present at the time of the robbery.
Magistrate Dr P.Grima was informed of the theft.
Police investigations continue.
