Kalkara man in danger of dying after 3-storey fall

A 62-year-old Kalkara man is in danger of losing his life after falling a height of three storeys whilst carrying out work at a construction site in Gudja, the police said in a statement.

The incident happened at around 0745CET in Zebbug Road, Gudja.

Preliminary investigations show that the man was working on the facade of a building when for some reason he fell down.

An ambulance rushed the man to Mater Dei hospital where he was certified to have sustained grievous injuries and is in danger of losing his life.
