15 year-old under house arrest over drug charges

A 15 year-old boy was arraigned in court on Sunday accused of possession of ecstacy, trafficking cocaine and of relapsing, the police said in a statement.
The court ordered that the boy be kept under house arrest on condition that he can only leave the house in case of sickness or to attend meetings with his probation officer.
