20 year-old denied bail over assault on elderly man

Paul Borg, 20, of Attard has been denied bail after facing multiple charges referring to July 14th in Floriana, the police said in a statement.
The man is accused with congregating with ten people or more with the intent of committing a crime, of damaging another man’s property, of breaching the peace and of threatening and assaulting another man, a 70 year-old.
Borg did not accept the charges and was sent to the Corradino Correctional Facility.
