Man critical following familial brawl

A 55-year-old man from Ta’ Paris, Birkirkara is in danger of dying after he was seriously injured with a pointed object during a familial brawl in an apartment early on Sunday morning.

The man was rushed to St Luke’s Hospital where he was certified to be in danger of losing his life.

The police were informed of the case at around 03:00CEST. A 21-year-old woman is being held by the police to help in the investigations.

Duty Magistrate Dr A. Vella was informed of the case and appointed several experts to assist in the inquiry.

The Police are investigating.
