Investigations rule out Maltese potato fraud

Police investigations into allegations that Maltese potatoes exporters deceptively exported Tunisian potatoes disguised as local produce to Holland have concluded that no fraud was committed.

In a statement, the Ministry of Rural Affairs and the Environment confirmed that the investigations have drawn to a close and that it resulted that no cases of fraud resulted.
