Malta has been ranked in the 21st place in a twelve-month investigation and analysis of 235 countries carried out by Jane's Information Services, an intelligence services company.

Countries were ranked according to parameters of wealth and untouchable stability, reported Timesonline.

The top ten ranking countries were Vatican, Sweden, Luxembourg, Monaco, Gibraltar, San Marino, Liechtenstein, UK, Netherlands and Ireland.

Notably, ranked at number 21, Malta has fared better than some giants, on the world economy chart, such as France, Canada, Japan and the USA.
