Vandal act on statue deplored

The Ministry for Resources and Rural Affairs has deplored the vandal act committed on the statue of St Dominic in Vittoriosa. Paint was thrown at the statue.

“It is a pity that there still persons who carry out vandal acts on Maltese heritage,” the Ministry said.

Restoration works on the statue will commence in the coming days.
