Archbishop to visit Maltese in Luxemburg, Brussels

Archbishop Mons. Paul Cremona will on Sunday leave Malta to visit the Maltese communities in Luxemburg and Brussels.

On Monday in Luxemburg, Mons Cremona will Maltese representatives in European institutions including Mr Justice Anthony Borg Barthet and Madam Justice Ina Cremona and Prof. Josef Bonnici.

On Tuesday, the Archbishop is invited to a feast celebrating the 1350th anniversary from the birth of St Willibrord in Echternach. He will then meet Maltese students at the European School and then celebrate mass for the Maltese commmunity at Luxemburg Cathedral's Crypt.

The Archbishop will on Wednesday be in Brussels where he will meet European Commissioner Joe Borg as well as Maltese MEPs. In the evening, he will meet  the Maltese Permanent Representative in Brussels Richard Cachia Caruana.

On Thursday, Mons. Cremona will visit the Bishop of Brussels, the offices of Bishops' Committee within the community, Malta's permanent representation in Brussels and the Maltese Embassy. At 1900 CEST he will celebrate Mass at the Foyer Catholique European.

The Archbishop is expected back on Friday.
