Malta's entry to the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest, Morena, is having a busy schedule in Belgrade where she is preparing for the semi-final round on Thursday.

On Friday, Morena gave a series of interviews and
then took part in an open air concert held in the Sabac village together with Stefan, the singer from FYR Macedonia. Ogaemalta reported that the concert was aired on Sabac's regional tv channel as well as BN, the Bosnian National Channel which reaches the whole Balkan region, including various Eurovision participating countries. Both Morena and Stefan were picked for this concert by the people living in Sabac as they are their two favourite entries from this year's Eurovision Song Contest.

On Friday, Morena took part in the Greek-Cypriot party as a special guest together with other singers from Armenia, Bosnia, Bulgaria and Andorra. Meanwhile on Saturday, the Maltese Eurovision entrant will participate in a party thrown by the Ukranian delegation.

On Saturday afternoon, Morena posed wrapped in the Maltese flag for a special photo session for the Alo daily newspaper to be published on Monday and Bliz Puls magazine.

Morena is one of three Eurovision beauties chosen for a project by Goran Iovanovic and photographer Zoran Ilic. The other beauties are Kalomira from Greece and Charlotte Perrelli from Sweden.

MaltaMedia's artistic director Toni Sant is in Belgrade and will be reporting daily during Eurovision week with the latest news and pictures about Morena.
