All set for Winter Moods concert at Valletta Waterfront

Tickets are selling fast for Winter Moods’ concert happening on Wednesday 9th July at the Valletta Waterfront. Priced at only 10 Euros, thousands of tickets have already been sold, and a further rush for last minute tickets is expected in the next three days.

Hailed as the biggest local concert of their career, this event has kept Winter Moods very busy in recent weeks. The band is known to have been working on their set list meticulously, whilst being involved in all minute details related to the show.

Wednesday night will kick off with a supporting performance by Salt and Winter Moods are expected to take to the stage at 9pm. The concert is organized by NnG Promotions.

Bay Music Award winners and Malta Music Award nominated Salt a band which started out in 2003 to animate youth meetings and got their big break in 2005 when they were invited to perform at a youth festival in Germany. This led the band to release their debut album Hello Truth in 2006.

Salt have received international acclaim by being included in a compilation CD in Canada alongside some of the best artists on the scene in occasion of the International Eucharistic Congress being held in Quebec next year. The CD, entitled Gift of God, has already been released internationally and has attracted the attention of critics and the general public alike. The album has in fact been nominated for Special Events/Compilation Album of the Year by the UCMVA as well as the Canadian Gospel Music Association.
