GasanMamo employee finishes Kayak challenge

Dorian Vassallo, a member of the GasanMamo management team, and his friends successfully crossed the finish line at Pozzallo Harbour in the Kayak for Cancer Challenge that set off from Marsalforn. The Malta Sicily Kayak Challenge, co-sponsored by GasanMamo Insurance, was organised to raise funds in aid of the Malta Cancer Foundation.
 Dorian and his co-participants covered a distance of 47.74 nautical miles in just over 14 hours, where the kayakers averaged 3.29 knots. Amongst the many well wishers on the quay of Pozzallo Marina was the Mayor of Pozzallo, Dott Guiseppe Sulsenti and Ms Concetta Vindigni, Head of the Tourism Services at the Office at the Comune di Pozzallo.
