The Church of Marija Bambina in Xagħra and the Xagħra Local Council will give tribute to the fallen of the Two Sieges of Malta with a religious, cultural and commemorative ceremony on Sunday, 7th September.

The ceremony will commence at 0800CET in the Basilica and will include the singing of lauds, a celebration of mass, and a remembrance ceremony in Victory Square.

The Captain of the Order of St John, accompanied by Knights of the Order of St John and Maltese soldiers, will walk in a procession around Victory Square.
