Portsmouth's David James wins trip to Malta

Portsmouth and England International goalkeeper David James won the ‘Man of the Match’ award after the first Premiership League home game against Manchester United played last Monday. He was presented with two Air Malta Club Class tickets and two nights hotel accommodation at the five star Grand Hotel Excelsior.
The ‘Man of the Match’ promotion, which forms part of the two-year commercial agreement signed between Air Malta and the English FA Cup winners, will see Portsmouth players vying to win trips to Malta in every home game.
Air Malta and the English Premiership Club are also working together on a variety of co-marketing and advertising opportunities both during the Barclays Premier League matches of Portsmouth FC and also during the club’s games in the FA, UEFA and League cups.
The activities include LED perimeter advertising at the club’s Fratton Park stadium, advertising on backdrops during Portsmouth FC interviews, advertising in the matchday programme, websites links and joint promotions, brand marketing and on a host of other marketing communications systems.
