Arsenal Malta Supporters Club (AMSC)
will hold a Practical Session for Youth Nursery coaches and trainers on
Saturday, 17th May at 9.00am at Victor Tedesco Stadium, Hamrun. Football
coaches are invited to attend and register at the AMSC
This event, which is being offered
free of charge, will be held in conjunction with the Emirates Airline Young
Footballer Challenge, and sponsored by Emirates, the Dubai-based international
airline.
The coaching session with a group of young players will be
conducted by the two visiting senior officials from Arsenal Football Club’s
Community Department, Paul Shipwright, who is responsible for partnered Soccer Schools
and Martin Davis, Sports Development Officer.
At the end of the Practical Session, there will be a Question and Answer
session.
“Paul Shipwright and Martin Davis
will be sharing their best practices in football coaching for young players,”
said Peter Paul Gauci, Event Coordinator and Vice-President and PRO for AMSC. “This
activity will encourage and support the coaches of this popular sport while
seeking to raise standards of the football game.”

to develop a more proactive partnership with Arsenal supporters and football
community in Malta.
Activities like these help to bring in foreign know-how in coaching for the
benefit of Maltese trainers.”
The Arsenal FC coaches will be
retuning to Malta
on the initiative of Arsenal Malta Supporters Club and with the support of Arsenal
FC. Paul Shipwright and Martin Davis together with their wives will be the
guests of the Radisson SAS Bay Point Hotel, St George’s Bay.
All Football Club Youth Nurseries
