Volleyball: Malta succumb to a stronger Cyprus tea

A brave Malta succumbed to Cyprus a stronger side in the final match of the Volleyball European Championships qualification round that was held in Malta over the weekend.

Malta lost this game 3-0 but had all reasons to be proud of the result as set scores were close being 25-21, 25-19 and 25-21.

In the previous match played at 14:00 CET, San Marino beat Iceland 3-0; with the three sets  25-15, 25-18, 25-21.
