The player to win the Peugeot player of the month for February 2007 is Hibs player Doreen Parnis. Parnis was presented with this award by Ottavio Terribile, Vice-President of the MBA. During the month of February, Hibs kept their unbeaten record in the league to secure a place in the Championship pool. Besides this, they also won the Bank of Valletta knock-out.  Parnis contributed to this success by scoring 38 points She is the one of the top assist woman of the season with 71 assists with an average of 2.48 assists per game and also 2.72 steals per game. She’s also one of her team top rebounders with an average of 5.56 rebounds per game.
