Aloysians duo win Beach Volley male masters event

The Malta Volleyball Association Beach Volley Championships came to an end with Aloysians duo Mauro Busuttil and David Briffa winning the male masters event whilst Alison Borg and Gertrude Zarb, both of Paola Hibs Candy completed their campaign by winning the ladies masters event after winning the decisive match against Maria Demicoli and Dorianne Bonnici of Playvolley.

This year, the tournament was composed of three categories. The Men’s Masters, Women’s Masters and Women’s Seniors and the was spread over four weekends, with events taking place at Golden Bay and Ghadira Bay. A total of 13 teams participated.
