Malta Rugby Football Union’s president Martin Galea is to present Minister for Education and Culture Dolores Cristina and Parliamentary Secretary for Youth and Sport Clyde Puli with it's designs and plans for a new state of the art rugby facility which the union is embarking on in the next couple of years.
