SmartCity Malta showcased at Business Park 2008

SmartCity, the global network of a small city of a knowledge based industry, has just participated in Business Park 2008 Exhibition in New Delhi, India, giving much prominence to the investment in Malta in its pavilion.

SmartCity Malta, is in effect its biggest investment reaching an equivalent of US$ 300million, besidesbeing the biggest investment in Malta in the ICT and media sector. The project is expected to create around 5,600 new jobs and will create a 103,000 square metres in offices.

During the fair in New Delhi, Mr Fareed Abdulrahman, Executive Director for SmartCity and board member of SmartCity Malta and SmartCity Kochi,  said “The Business Park 2008 Exhibition provides a platform for industry and it is a pleasure to be taking part in such an occasion.”
