went down by 5.3 percentage points when compared to the corresponding
month last year, according to estimates published by the National
Statistics Office on Friday.&lt;br /&gt;

In July 2008, total nights spent in collective accommodation
establishments were recorded at 1,014,582, a decrease of 8.1 per cent
over the corresponding month in 2007, with the largest drop being
registered in the 3-star hotel category. In the month under review, the
average length of stay stood at 7.5 nights.&lt;br /&gt;
