HSBC Bank Malta p.l.c. has appointed Mr Charles J Farrugia to act as its Director on the board of Tug Malta Ltd, in replacement of Ing Nicholas Baldacchino.
Mr Shaun Wallis, Chief Executive at HSBC Bank Malta p.l.c., thanked Ing Baldacchino “for his long and loyal services as the Bank’s Director on Tug Malta”.
Mr Wallis added that “in retiring you can do so in the knowledge of having served the Board, the Company and HSBC, with distinction, professionalism and integrity.”
