Last weekend was certainly grim for three males and their respective families after they were involved in three seperate accidents which has left them all fighting for their lives. On Saturday 14-year-old boy fell into a pool, while on Sunday a 20-year old was electrocuted and a foreign man was involved in a serious traffic accident. All the males were place on danger list and their health conditions remains critical.
On Saturday a 14-year-old boy fell into a pool at around 1700CEST. He was rescued by a person on the site of the incident. Magistrate Giovanna Grixti was informed of the case and appointed various experts to help her in the inquiry. Police investigations continue.
In turn, a foreign man is in danger of dying following a traffic accident in the Baħar iċ-Ċagħaq Coast road on Sunday at around 0815 CET. The accident occurred when two vehicles, a Peugeot and a Toyota which were being driven in the same direction, collided. The cars ended on the rocks. The foreign man was a passenger in the Peugeot. The drivers and other passengers were given medical attention. The police are investigating the case.
Later on during the day a 20-year-old man is in danger of dying after he was electrocuted at his Valletta home. Duty Magistrate Dr. Silvio Meli ordered an inquiry. Police are investigating.
All three males were rushed to St. Luke’s Hospital and found to be in danger of dying.
Their health condition remains critical.
