Searches for missing 18-year-old Christian Camilleri have been stepped up, as they entered their eleventh day. Christian Camilleri was reported missing on the 26th of November after being involved in a minor traffic accident in the area of Baħar iċ-Ċagħaq. The youth from St. Paul’s Bay had called his parents to pick him up shortly after the accident took place, however once his parents came to his rescue he insisted on walking home, reported Radio 101.

The Anti-Vices squad is also carrying out searches, currently in that area near it-Telgħa t’Alla u Ommu.

Persons who claim to have seen Christian Camilleri walking alone briefly after the accident are expected to participate in the search.

The search is expected to be an intensive one, with Police investigating shelters in the area.
